When you have a medical emergency and you contact the ER24 emergency Contact Centre for help, the nature of your emergency will be telephonically assessed by our highly skilled staff. They will ask you a few important questions, and then dispatch the most appropriate and closest road or air response service to attend to your needs.
Medical Advice
If you are seeking medical advice and you call the ER24 Contact Centre, your call will be directed to our Medical Advice Centre which is manned by highly experienced and qualified medical personnel 24 hours a day.
